Heather Lantz is the IMS partner directly responsible for client relationships and the IMS Retail University workshops. Prior to joining the IMS team, Heather held a variety of positions in retail including merchandising and team management.

In her position as Director of Client Relationships, Heather brings her extensive real world retail experience to develop and maintain IMS client relationships. She is an experienced professional specializing in performance management, project management and implementation and communicating client reports. IMS clients have come to know and depend on Heather's expertise and insights.

In her position as Dean of IMS Retail University, Heather brings her leadership experience to drive business through effective communication, organizational, logistics and presentation skills. She is responsible for the curriculum and design of the workshops, including developing the exercises and content. Heather is dedicated to improving and evolving the workshops to maintain value and real-time information for clients.
